 Respecting Each Other’s Time

I am the only person running my independent nail studio, which means every appointment is carefully scheduled to give each client my full attention. I promise to respect your time — and kindly ask that you respect mine in return.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• This allows me to offer your spot to another client on my waiting list.

Arrival Time

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Being late has a domino effect on the rest of my day and can shorten your service.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee will apply.

• Your service may be adjusted, and nail art/design options could be limited to ensure I stay on schedule for the rest of my clients.

Running a one-on-one salon means I schedule my day around each client. This policy helps me keep appointments running smoothly, provide high-quality work, and maintain a relaxed, stress-free environment for everyone.
