Booking Policy – Respecting Each Other’s Time I am the only person running my independent nail studio, which means every appointment is carefully scheduled to give each client my full attention. I promise to respect your time — and kindly ask that you respect mine in return. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me to offer your spot to another client on my waiting list. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late has a domino effect on the rest of my day and can shorten your service. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply. Your service may be adjusted, and nail art/design options could be limited to ensure I stay on schedule for the rest of my clients. Why This Policy Matters Running a one-on-one salon means I schedule my day around each client. This policy helps me keep appointments running smoothly, provide high-quality work, and maintain a relaxed, stress-free environment for everyone.
